Announcements for the week of 2/3/08

PASS IT ON! – As Psalm 78:4 says, “…we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, his power, and the wonders he has done.” Children’s Church is still in need of willing servants who want to pass on the Word of God to the next generation. You can help on a short-term or long-term basis for this ministry. PARENTS -Your Teens will be returning from Snow Camp at approximately 3:30 PM today.
ATTENTION: TEENS -On Thursday, February 14th we are planning to present an abstinence challenge. We will be shining a light on the importance of sexual purity and asking the teens to make a covenant to treasure their virginity and commit to waiting for the person that the Lord would unite them with in marriage. We are making available for purchase a symbolic ring that will act as a reminder of the commitment that the teens will be making. If you would like to order a ring pick up an order from the table in the foyer.
