ESOAL 24 – JULY 11th & 12th TWENTY-FOUR HOUR LIFE TRANSFORMING EVENT - ESOAL 24 is a high intensity event for students who have completed 8th – 12th grade. Designed to push youth out of their comfort zone and teach them to rely on the Lord through hard circumstances, the weekend activities simulate circumstances that call for self-control and a sound mind. Through these emotional experiences, attendees will stretch and grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. They will learn to work both as a team, and as an individual. Most importantly, those in attendance will learn to depend on God. Registration deadline is July 6th. Cost:$15. For questions or more details see Kurt Nuckels.
ESOAL DONATIONS – As a result of ESOAL being an outdoor event, with weather expected to be hot, we will need lots of water to keep everyone hydrated. We estimate that we will need 25 cases of bottled water. If you would like to help with this need, your donations would be greatly appreciated. Cases of water can be left in the foyer.

CALVARY CHAPEL LADIES – In Mark 6:31, Jesus said, “Come aside by yourself to a deserted place and rest awhile.” We all need time to get away and spend time alone with the Lord in order to hear him speak. On October 3-5, 2008, the ladies from our congregation will attend a Women’s Retreat at Jumonville. Don’t miss this time of worship, fellowship, refreshment and the teaching of God’s word. Our speaker will be Rosemary Gallatin, from Calvary Chapel of Fingerlakes, NY. Rosemary is the wife of Pastor Bil Gallatin.
