WEEKLY MINISTRY GUIDE

Monday - 9AM Monday Ladies HOME Bible Study (in the home of Tricia Blatnik).  7PM Monday Ladies CHURCH Bible Study.  7PM Penn Craft Bible Study (Diane Swartz).

Friday - 11:00 a.m. – Ladies Intercessory Prayer

Saturday - 7:00 P.M. – Men’s Intercessory Prayer Meeting at the church

Bulletin announcements must be received by 5pm Wednesday in order to be placed in the upcoming Sunday’s Bulletin.  All announcements received after this time will be placed in the next week’s bulletin.  Announcements can be placed by contacting Doug Sahady.

BELIEVER’S MEETING- TONIGHT at 7:00PM.

COMMUNION SERVICE – Our first Thursday of the month communion and “3 R’s” service will be held THIS THURSDAY @ 7p.m.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD – The deadline for collecting shoeboxes is THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12.  We are collecting “filled” shoe boxes and the associated $7 shipping cost until Thursday, 11-17.  Filled shoe boxes can be placed in the collection area of the church foyer.  Contact Tricia Blatnik w/questions.

ELECTION DAY – Don’t forget Tuesday (Tuesday after the first Monday in November) is Election Day.

ANNUAL THANKSGIVING OUTREACH – It’s that time again! Please prayerfully consider being a part of the Calvary

Chapel Thanksgiving Outreach. We are in need of donations of food and time. Signup sheets are in the rear of the church. For more information please contact Carol Steve.

CALVARY CHAPEL COMFORTERS – Calvary Chapel Comforters (the quilting group) will meet every 2nd Tuesday from 5-7and 2nd Saturday from 2-5. Our next meetings are November 10 & 14 in the church cafe. No Sewing Experience Necessary! Prayerfully consider joining this new and exciting ministry. For more information contact Carol Steve.

MINISTRY LEADERS’ MEETING -There will be a Ministry Leaders’ meeting and progress report on November 15, 2009 @ 1:00PM in the Calvary Chapel of Fredericktown Café.  Lunch will be served.

 

FOOD PANTRY – We are looking for a second person to assist in operating the emergency food ministry.  See Richard Birch for details.

LICENSED BUS DRIVER NEEDED – The school is looking for a volunteer licensed bus driver (or someone with their CDL license) to drive our students to events or to the park during the school year.
 

NURSERY – Is in need of donations of toys (in very good condition) for ages 3 and under.  NURSERY MINISTRY LEADER NEEDED – We are looking for volunteer(s) to take over the Nursery Ministry.  This primarily involves making the nursery schedule for each service.  See Diane Swartz or call the church office @ (724-377-2522) for details.
